These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MochiPix iOS application ("the App"), operated by Srinjay Verma ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
MochiPix generates stylized, AI-assisted images from photos you provide and from text prompts. Generated images are for your personal, non-commercial use. Results are synthetic and may be inaccurate or unrealistic.
MochiPix Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID (weekly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Pro includes a weekly allowance of in-app coins; coins have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are consumed by generation features.
You retain rights to photos you upload and images you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the service. You must own or have permission to use any photo you upload, and you must not upload unlawful content or use likenesses of others without their consent.
You may not use the App to create content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive (including misleading depictions of real people), or that infringes the rights of others.
The App uses an anonymous account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in Settings → Delete Account & Data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
